| Ingredients |
| 2 each | CHEF REDI* Tenders, cut on bias |
| 1/4 c. | red pepper, chopped |
| 1/4 c. | yellow pepper |
| 1/4 c. | Kung Po sauce |
| 2 tsp. | peanuts |
| 1 each | green onion, sliced thin |
| 1 c. | rice noodles, cooked |

| Preparation |
1. Fry Chef Redi until internal temperature reaches 165°.
2. Cook noodles as directed on box.
3. Mix all the ingredients listed above in a bowl.
4. Place on a plate and garnish with green onions.
