| Ingredients |
| 2 each | CHEF REDI* Chicken Tenders, sliced thin |
| 1 pkg. | Sushi Wrap |
| 1 c. | cooked Rice, wet |
| 1 whole | Cucumber, cut julienne style, sliced thin |
| 1/4 c. | Red Pepper, cut julienne style, chopped thin |
| 1/4 c. | Avocado, sliced thin |

| Preparation |
1. Fry Chef Redi* until internal temperature reaches 165°.
2. Fold the cucumber, red pepper and avocado into wet rice.
3. Lay sushi wrap on cutting board and wrap around rice mixture.
4. Slice in 6 pieces. Add Soy sauce (optional).
