Chicken Sushi Rolls

Ingredients
2 eachCHEF REDI* Chicken Tenders, sliced thin
1 pkg.Sushi Wrap
1 c.cooked Rice, wet
1 wholeCucumber, cut julienne style, sliced thin
1/4 c.Red Pepper, cut julienne style, chopped thin
1/4 c.Avocado, sliced thin
Preparation
1. Fry Chef Redi* until internal temperature reaches 165°.

2. Fold the cucumber, red pepper and avocado into wet rice.

3. Lay sushi wrap on cutting board and wrap around rice mixture.

4. Slice in 6 pieces. Add Soy sauce (optional).
