| Chicken Tenders with an Asian Noodle Salad |

| Ingredients |
| 3 each | fully cooked chicken tenders, CN labeled |
| 4 oz. | egg noodles, cooked |
| 2 oz. | soy sesame dressing, purchased |
| 1 oz. | bean sprouts |
| 1 oz. | shredded carrots |
| 1 oz. | chopped green onions |
| 1 oz. | snow peas |
|
| Preparation |
1. Bake tenders in a 350º oven for 8-10 minutes.
2. Combine noodles, dressing and vegetables.
3. Serve the chicken over noodle mixture.
For 20 portions, adjust ingredients accordingly:
60 fully-cooked chicken tenders 5 lbs. egg noodles, cooked 40 oz. (1 quart plus 1 cup) soy sesame dressing 20 oz. (1.25 lbs.) bean sprouts 20 oz. (1.25 lbs.) shredded carrots 20 oz. (1.25 lbs.) chopped green onions 20 oz. (1.25 lbs.) snow peas
