Chicken Tenders with an Asian Noodle Salad

Ingredients
3 eachfully cooked chicken tenders, CN labeled
4 oz.egg noodles, cooked
2 oz.soy sesame dressing, purchased
1 oz.bean sprouts
1 oz.shredded carrots
1 oz.chopped green onions
1 oz.snow peas
Preparation
1. Bake tenders in a 350º oven for 8-10 minutes.

2. Combine noodles, dressing and vegetables.

3. Serve the chicken over noodle mixture.

For 20 portions, adjust ingredients accordingly:

60 fully-cooked chicken tenders
5 lbs. egg noodles, cooked
40 oz. (1 quart plus 1 cup) soy sesame dressing
20 oz. (1.25 lbs.) bean sprouts
20 oz. (1.25 lbs.) shredded carrots
20 oz. (1.25 lbs.) chopped green onions
20 oz. (1.25 lbs.) snow peas
