Chicken Tenders with an Asian Noodle Salad

Ingredients
3 each fully cooked chicken tenders , CN labeled
4 oz. egg noodles , cooked
2 oz. soy sesame dressing , purchased
1 oz. bean sprouts
1 oz. shredded carrots
1 oz. chopped green onions
1 oz. snow peas
Preparation
1. Bake tenders in a 350º oven for 8-10 minutes.

2. Combine noodles, dressing and vegetables.

3. Serve the chicken over noodle mixture.

For 20 portions, adjust ingredients accordingly:
60 fully-cooked chicken tenders 5 lbs. egg noodles, cooked 40 oz. (1 quart plus 1 cup) soy sesame dressing 20 oz. (1.25 lbs.) bean sprouts 20 oz. (1.25 lbs.) shredded carrots 20 oz. (1.25 lbs.) chopped green onions 20 oz. (1.25 lbs.) snow peas
