2.5 lbs HARVESTLAND® RTC Ground Turkey (56270)
1 cup Red pepper , minced
1 cup Green onion , chopped
1 tbsp Ginger , minced
1 tsp Thai chiles , minced
1 tbsp Sesame oil
2 qt. Turkey demi
2 lbs Ramen noodles
5 each Semi-hard boiled eggs
½ cup Green onion , long slices
1 tbsp Thai chiles , minced
1 tbsp Ginger , minced
2 tbsp Chile oil
2 tbsp Olive oil
In a bowl, combine the turkey, red pepper, green onion, ginger, thai chiles and sesame oil.

In a large sauté pan, add the olive oil. Separate the turkey mixture into 1 oz. pieces and flatten. Sauté each side until fully cooked; place on a cooling rack.

Bring the turkey demi to a boil and mix in the ginger and Thai chiles. Once the turkey has been fully cooked, add the turkey and the noodles.

Ladle out into individual bowls, garnish with half of an egg, a few drops of chili oil and a few slices of green onion.
