Salt, to taste,
Black pepper, to taste,
12 ea. Lemons, halved,
48 ea. Artichoke hearts, halved,
12 cups Roasted potatoes,
1. Preheat grill.

2. Season HARVESTLAND Organic Chicken Breast with salt and pepper.

3. Place on a grill over medium heat; cook until an internal temperature reaches 180F.

4. Grill lemons and artichoke hearts until caramelized.

5. Place heated roasted potatoes, artichoke hearts and lemons on a plate with grilled chicken.
