Buffalo Crunch Naanwich

Ingredients for Blue Cheese Dressing
  • 1 ½ c. white wine vinegar
  • 24 oz. blue cheese, crumbled
  • 4 c. sour cream
  • 3 c. mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp. sugar
  • 3 tsp. garlic powder
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, taste
Ingredients for Naanwich
  • 12 Clux Delux® FC Spicy Breaded Chicken Breast Filet
  • 12 each mini naan
  • 3 c. Buffalo wing sauce, prepared, choice of brand
  • Baby spinach leaves, as desired
  • Pickled red onion slices, as desired


Instructions for Blue Cheese Dressing
  • Combine all ingredients. Season to taste and set aside.
  • Instructions for Naanwich
    1. Set fryer to 350°F. Fry chicken breasts until crisp. Set on paper towels to soak up grease, and dice.
    2. Warm naan. Assemble naanwich as follows: ● Spread about 2 tbsp. Buffalo wing sauce on each naan, drizzle heavily with blue cheese dressing and layer with spinach, pickled onions and chicken. Drizzle with remaining Buffalo wing sauce on top.
