Mini Panini Stacked Skewers
- 2 slices SANDWICH BUILDERS® Ham
- 2 slices SANDWICH BUILDERS® Oven-Roasted Turkey Breast
- 2 slices Semolina bread
- 4 tbsp. honey mustard
- 1/8 c. roasted red pepper
- 4 slices Provolone cheese
- 1 whole grape tomato
- 1 whole pepperocini
- 1 whole olive
- Heat a panini grill.
- Spread honey mustard onto both semolina slices.
- Layer on semolina bread, slices of ham, turkey, cheese and roasted red pepper.
- Top with second slice and grill on Panini grill.
- Cut into quarters and thread onto skewers and garnish with tomatoes, pepperocini and olives.
