Organic Chicken Steamed Bun with Jicama Slaw
- 1 c. Balinese vinaigrette
- 1/4 bunch Cilantro — picked
- 3 Jalapeno — shaved thin
- 3 Jicama — thinly sliced
- 2 Red peppers — thinly sliced
- 1 Spanish onion — thinly sliced
- 6 HARVESTLAND® Organic Boneless Skinless Chicken
- 12 Steamed buns
- Pre-heat oven to 350º F.
- Roast chicken until it is fully heated, allow to sit for 10 minutes, slice.
- Combine the jicama, red peppers, onion, jalapeno, cilantro and vinaigrette.
- Add the sliced chicken into the jicama slaw.
- Place an equal amount of the chicken and slaw into a steamed bun.
