Southwestern Chopped Chicken Salad Roll-up
Serving Size: 1 sandwich
- 4 oz. Diced Chicken Breast
- 1 Square Flat Bread
- 1 c. Romaine Lettuce — shredded
- 3 tbsp. Black beans
- 3 tbsp. corn nibletts
- 3 tbsp. tomatoes — chopped
- 2 tbsp. red onions — chopped
- 2 tbsp. cucumber — chopped
- 3 tbsp. Cilantro Lime vinaigrette
- Julienne the chicken and place into a mixing bowl.
- Add all of the other ingredients and mix together.
- Place on to the flat bread and roll up tightly. Slice in half and serve.
