
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 lb. ground turkey
- 2 tbsp. ground chili powder
- 1 tsp. ground cumin
- 1 tsp. ground oregano
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. dried diced onion
- 1/4 tsp. dried diced garlic
- 1 large onion — peeled and sliced into strips
- 4 cloves Garlic — peeled and chopped fine
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 3 tbsp. sesame oil
- 6 tbsp. soy sauce
- 6 tbsp. rice wine vinegar
- 1 spring onion — chopped fine
- 1 pinch Cracked black pepper
- 4 Large Green leaf lettuce leaves
- 4 Large Bibb lettuce leaves
Instructions
- In a medium pan, heat the 1 tbsp. olive oil, and start to cook the ground Turkey. Add all of the seasoning as it is cooking. Reserve when finished.
- Mix onions and garlic with the olive oil and roast in a 375-degree oven until brown and tender.
- For the dipping sauce, mix the vinegar, sesame oil, soy sauce, spring onions, and the black pepper together.
- Serve all items on large platter with the lettuce leaves.
- Using the lettuce leaves, place some of each item on to the leaf and wrap, dipping in Sauce. Sauce can be spiced up with a pepper paste.
