Ingredients
- 1 PERDUE® NO ANTIBIOTICS EVER Ready to Cook, Boneless, Skin-on Turkey Breast Roast (35002)
- 2 c. Barbecue Sauce Base — prepared
- 1/2 c. balsamic vinegar
Instructions
- Smoke or roast turkey breast to package directions to 170°F internal temperature.
- Meanwhile, combine the barbecue sauce, cherries and balsamic and blend until desired consistency.
- Slice turkey into 4 oz. portions. For one serving, spoon 2 tbsp. of sauce over a 4 oz. portion of sliced turkey.
