French Dip Turkey Burger

A spin on your classic French dip sandwich made with PERDUE® NO ANTIBIOTICS EVER Ready to Cook Woodfire Grill Flavored Turkey Patties topped with caramelized onions and dipped in savory turkey au jus.
Ingredients
- 4 brioche buns — toasted
- 4 PERDUE® NO ANTIBIOTICS EVER Ready to Cook Woodfire Grill Flavored Turkey Pattie, 4oz. (80178)
- 4 slice swiss cheese
- 1 c. caramelized onions — prepared
- 1⅓ c. arugula
- 3 c. turkey au jus
Instructions
- Place turkey patties on a grill and cook on both sides until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees. Add swiss cheese to each patty 1 minute before removing from the grill to melt.
Instructions for Sandwich Build
- Place arugula on the bottom of each bun, followed by grilled turkey patty, caramelized onions and the top bun.
- Add the turkey au jus to 4 bowls and serve on the side.
