Ground Turkey Ramen

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 lbs. PERDUE® NO ANTIBIOTICS EVER Ready To Cook Ground Turkey Chub (65200)
  • 1 c. Red pepper — minced
  • 1 c. Green onion — chopped
  • 1 tbsp. Ginger — minced
  • 1 tsp. Thai chiles — minced
  • 1 tbsp. Sesame oil
  • 2 qt. Turkey demi
  • 2 lbs. Ramen noodles
  • 5 Semi-hard boiled eggs
  • 1/2 c. Green onion — long slices
  • 1 tbsp. Thai chiles — minced
  • 1 tbsp. Ginger — minced
  • 2 tbsp. Chile oil
  • 2 tbsp. Olive oil

Instructions

Turkey
  1. In a bowl, combine the turkey, red pepper, green onion, ginger, thai chiles and sesame oil.
  2. In a large sauté pan, add the olive oil. Separate the turkey mixture into 1 oz. pieces and flatten. Sauté each side until fully cooked; place on a cooling rack.
Broth
  1. Bring the turkey demi to a boil and mix in the ginger and Thai chiles. Once the turkey has been fully cooked, add the turkey and the noodles.
  2. Ladle out into individual bowls, , a few drops of chili oil and a few slices of green onion. Optional garnish with semi hard boiled egg.
