Ingredients

  • 3 oz. PERDUE® Fully Cooked, Grill Marked Fajita Chicken Breast Strips (7325)
  • 2 slices Grilled Panini Bread
  • 2 tbsp. Mayo
  • 1 large Tomato — sliced
  • 1/4 c. Onions — sliced
  • 1/4 Each c. Red, yellow and green pepper strips

Instructions

  1. Saute onions, and all peppers.
  2. Spread mayo on grilled Panini bread.
  3. Lay tomatoes on bread, followed by chicken fajita strips on top.
  4. Place the onions and peppers on top of strips.
