Pub-Style Boneless Wings

Tender Boneless Chicken Wings tossed with bacon, scallions, and blue cheese, with ranch dipping sauce.


  • 1 dozen Fully Cooked Boneless Wings
  • 2 tbsp. Bacon Bits
  • 2 tbsp. Scallions — chopped
  • 3 tbsp. Blue Cheese crumbles
  • 4 tbsp. Ranch Dressing, for dipping


  1. Deep fry the boneless wings until internal temperature has reached 145'F.
  2. Toss the wings together with the bacon bits, scallions and the blue cheese.
  3. Serve on a platter wtih the ranch dressing on the side.
