Southwestern Chopped Chicken Salad Roll-up

Ingredients

  • 4 oz. PERDUE® HARVESTLAND® NO ANTIBIOTICS EVER, Boneless, Skinless, Diced Chicken Breast (54250)
  • 1 Square Flat Bread
  • 1 c. Romaine Lettuce — shredded
  • 3 tbsp. Black beans
  • 3 tbsp. corn nibletts
  • 3 tbsp. tomatoes — chopped
  • 2 tbsp. red onions — chopped
  • 2 tbsp. cucumber — chopped
  • 3 tbsp. Cilantro Lime vinaigrette

Instructions

  1. Place chicken into a mixing bowl.
  2. Add all of the other ingredients and mix together.
  3. Place on to the flat bread and roll up tightly. Slice in half and serve.
