Cherry Balsamic Barbecue Turkey Roast

  • 1 PERDUE® NAE RTC B/L S/O Turkey Breast Roast, Cook In Bag
  • 2 c. Barbecue Sauce Base — prepared
  • 1/2 c. balsamic vinegar


  1. Smoke or roast turkey breast to package directions to 170°F internal temperature.
  2. Meanwhile, combine the barbecue sauce, cherries and balsamic and blend until desired consistency.
  3. Slice turkey into 4 oz. portions. For one serving, spoon 2 tbsp. of sauce over a 4 oz. portion of sliced turkey.
