  • 12 c. Roasted potatoes
  • 12 Lemons — halved
  • 48 Artichoke Hearts — halved
  • 12 HARVESTLAND® Organic Chicken Breasts
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste


  1. Preheat grill.
  2. Season HARVESTLAND Organic Chicken Breast with salt and pepper.
  3. Place on a grill over medium heat; cook until an internal temperature reaches 180F.
  4. Grill lemons and artichoke hearts until caramelized.
  5. Place heated roasted potatoes, artichoke hearts and lemons on a plate with grilled chicken.
