PERDUE® Turkey Ham Open-Faced Garden Slam-wich
- PERDUE® Turkey Ham — sliced
- 1 qt. Heirloom tomatoes — quartered
- 2 c. Green beans — blanched, sliced
- 1 c. Kalamata olives
- 1/2 c. Red wine vinaigrette
- 24 slices Sliced sourdough boule — grilled
- 24 Butter lettuce leaves
- Toss tomatoes, green beans and olives in vinaigrette
- Lay 1 slice of grilled sourdough in the bottom of a bowl, arrange lettuce behind the bread.
- Layer sliced PERDUE® Turkey Ham over the bread.
- Spon mixed veggies behind ham; garnish bowl with a second piece of grilled bread.
