Ingredients

  • 3 oz. PERDUE® NO ANTIBIOTICS EVER 4 Star HEALTHSENSE® Reduced Sodium Skinless Turkey Breast (75094) — sliced thin
  • 1 whole Focaccia roll
  • 2 slices Tomato
  • 1/2 c. Arugula
  • 2 oz. Fresh Ricotta Cheese, no salt added
Vinaigrette
  • 2 tbsp. Olive oil
  • 1 tsp. Fresh chopped basil
  • 1 tbsp. Balsamic vinegar

Instructions

  1. For vinaigrette, combine olive oil, basil and balsamic vinegar in a bowl and whisk vigorously.
  2. To assemble sandwich, split focaccia in half and toast until lightly browned. Brush with balsamic vinaigrette.
  3. Beginning with bottom half, layer turkey, tomatoes and arugula. Spread ricotta on top half, and place over bottom half.
